Amy Kozsuch MSN, MBA, HCM
Raised the daughter of a physician, Ms. Kozsuch methodically honed her skills for higher and higher levels of expertise in the healthcare environment, eventually resulting in the attainment of a Master of Science in Nursing, Master of Arts in Healthcare Administration and a Masters in Business Administration. Her business, technical, and medical training led her from her start as a Pharmacy Technician in Springfield, Ohio to the corporate leadership teams of the largest dialysis company in the nation. From front line service work with patients to the highest levels of corporate strategy, Amy has defined the meaning of a well-rounded healthcare executive.
Following her seven years of service in the roles of facility administration and business development for Davita, Kozsuch turned her attention to consulting with companies undergoing massive changes brought on by healthcare reform. Since then Amy Kozsuch and Associates have enjoyed helping organizations develop projects and initiatives aimed at improving clinical outcomes and advancing organizational strategies.
An avid connector of people and resources, Amy offers many of the intangibles missing from healthcare companies today who continue trying to face the challenges of the industry on their own. Her passion for the mission of healthcare and ability to rally individuals around a common cause makes her an obvious choice for an organizational catalyst and corporate change.
